TOPE ASHAJU - DIRECTOR

Mr. Tope Ashaju is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (FCS) with over 25 years experience in both the primary and secondary segments of the Capital Market. He trained with Dominion Trust Limited, a Dealing member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and an Issuing House registered by the Securities & Exchange Commission. He qualified as a Stockbroker and an authorised dealing Member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange in 1992. He left Dominion Trust as MD/CEO in year 2010 to join the services of LONGTERM GLOBAL CAPITAL LIMITED as the pioneer MD/CEO.

He has in-depth knowledge of the Capital Market especially in the areas of Securities Dealing, Capital Raising, Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Advisory, Restructuring and Risk Management.

He is an Alumnus of the University of Ado Ekiti,Nigeria, where he obtained B.Sc (Hons) Banking & Finance in 1989 and MBA in 1999. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (FCIS); Associate, Abuja Commodities Exchange (AACE); Member, Associate, Certified Pensions Institute (ACPI), among others.

OLABODE AGUNBIADE - DIRECTOR

Bode, an economist, an Associate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), is a management consultant with over 25 years professional experience in strategic planning, performance management, quality improvement and human resources management, the bulk of which he garnered both in the private and public sectors within and outside the shores of Nigeria

He was a Deputy Director and Special Assistant to the Minister of State in the Federal Ministry of Finance in Abuja. He is currently a Partner in ATACOFF Services LLP, a leading Accounting and Financial Advisory firm based in Abuja. In this position, he has led assignments in the public and private sectors of the economy, especially in the areas of auditing, accounting, strategic planning, economic forecasting, value-for-money audit, performance management and quality improvement.

He holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State in 1985, where he was awarded the University Undergraduate Scholar and the Federal Republic of Nigeria Undergraduate Merit Award between 1982 and1985 based on academic excellence. He also obtained an M.Sc. degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan in 1987.

BUNMI BABALOLA - FOUNDER/CEO

Bunmi Babalola is the Founder and Managing Director of Superheads International Limited. She holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Lagos. She started her career as an Administrator with KPMG Professional Services (formerly Arthur Andersen) before progressing into people management function.

Bunmi moved up in her career to Head the Recruitment function of KPMG, a senior management role. She had a total of 20 years work experience with KPMG Professional Services spanning; Administration, Training Management and Resourcing (supplying professionals and management grade personnel into permanent staff appointment).

Bunmi has a pleasant and enthusiastic personality, and is of amiable character. She has a keen interest in football, and is married with 2 children.
